LUnix "cat"-command Version 2

 Cat is used to read a file and forward the data to stdout.

changes:
  Cat is now able to close the file, before EOF to let other
  processes use the disc-drive (e.g. tee for saving).

Usage:
    cat file[,type]

    type one of p, u or s (default)

LUnix "tee" Version 2

 Tee is used to forward stdin into a file (discdrive 8).

    changes:
      Tee is now able to close the file before all data is written
      to let other processes use the disc-drive. (e.g. cat for loading)

Usage:
    tee [-a][-e] file[,type]

     -a append to file
     -e enable echo to stdout
     type one of p, u or s (default)
